Ⅰ. Machine Features

1.     H650G is a 7-axis CNC Spiral Bevel Gear Grinder with 5-axis simultaneous movements.

2.     H650GA is an 8-axis CNC Spiral Bevel Gear Grinder with 8-axis simultaneous movements. An eccentric grinding mechanism is equipped on the grinding wheel spindle for grinding the Formate ring gears highly efficiently.

3.     The load-carrying part of the machine adopts a symmetrical arrangement with excellent stability.

4.     The Y-axis is driven by means of double lead screws to get better dynamic performance.

5.     The work spindle adopts the direct-drive technology with high indexing accuracy.

6.     The machine is characterized with compact machine structure, easy work holding, high machining efficiency and stable performance.

7.     The independent grinding oil filtration system and the efficient oil mist exhausting device are equipped on the machine.

8.     A Siemens 840DSL CNC control system is equipped on the machine.

9.     Automatic tool setting and automatic stock dividing can be performed on this machine.
